I have a few 50K credit card FNAs that I may be using in an upcoming (Feb 2024) Madrid/London trip, otherwise, will probably burn them in Asia.
I have credit card Gold/organic Silver, while P2 is organic Titanium.

I understand that you cannot gift FNA stays like you can standard award stays, but you can call in and have the hotel add names to the reservation.
Is there any way to have the hotel swap over the Bonvoy number so the stay gains the Titanium upgrade priority/benefits?

Also, any recommendations for that range in either city would be appreciated. Cheers!
