Welcome to FT. Sorry to hear about this, sounds a bit annoying. I’m not an expert but from reading on here it seems that there isn’t a lot you can do as you (technically) didn’t hit the threshold for Bronze. Seems harsh as it wasn’t your fault but I guess they are pretty firm on this.

Re continued loyalty I’d imagine only you can decide this, and whether reasonable alternatives exist.
