Any recent intel on RSW?

Hertz is my cheapest option for a trip in December, however they have the absolute worst reviews online in the last few months (inventory, upcharging, denial of PC benefits, etc.).

I'm PC with Hertz, but also top status with Enterprise and Sixt, so have some optionality. I know the Hertz fleet is not keeping up with Enterprise, let alone Sixt.
