How to request refund on AA reward flight
Please forgive the post. I'm in the hospital, and on my phone. I couldn't find an appropriate post.

I have a BA award flight, one way ATL-ORD on Friday. Metal is AA. I just had a stroke and can't take this trip. Do I ask for a cancellation via BA or AA? The BA app couldn't do anything. Will I get my Avios back? There aren't many, but I'd prefer to have them returned.
