missydarlin - Technically, you're correct, but from a customer's viewpoint we can do it. The agent simply has to refund the original ticket (regardless of whether or not it's refundable - doesn't matter, since this is technically an add-collect), then charge the customer for the new ticket plus the applicable change fee. ... Again, from the customer's perspective, we're able to do it - it just shows up as a credit plus a debit on their credit card statement. ... And I say this as one of the people who developed (and I mean wrote the code - not just wrote up requirements documents) for AAG.
