Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.
I booked this hotel only for a quick stopover in Vienna, with an early flight. The hotel is just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked on points and received one double standard (currently only one room category).

How are the rooms?
Around 21sqm.

Comfortable bed (but the sheets made from recyclable materials are not very pleasant because they are rough).
Power sockets next to the bed

Dining table and sofa
Desk.
Kettle. No Nespresso machine. No minibar

Small open closet
Television set with good selection of international channels
Chromecast (but link failed)
No free PressReader

Air conditioning and radiator.

Large bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.
Apotheke toiletries (I love this brand)
Surprisingly, the bathroom renovation isn't finished with holes in the tiles.

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD

• Quite pleasant hotel (even if the location is not central, but the nearest S-Bahn station, Vorgartenstraße, is a 6-minute walk away).

BAD

• Nothing.

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
The hotel did the job.
I cannot speak of breakfast because I had no time to have it.
Staff is pleasant but very young and somewhat unexperienced..
