no. that they do not has the narrow benefit of time-shifting the EQNs, but does not confer any enduring benefit. a $5K refundable plane ticket purchased, statement closed, 2 EQNs posted, ticket cancelled & refunded, puts you into a negative $5K hole and thus would need to spend $10K to get your next 2 EQNs.
