BA Holidays

You can also seek assistance from BA Holidays too who can assist in helping in finding and booking for example accessible rooms. Here's a look at that the website states.

You can speak to our Accessibility Team if you need advice about travelling with a disability. We can check that your chosen holiday meets your requirements and request accessible rooms where available.

If you prefer to book via ba.com, some hotels offer accessible rooms that you can select and book online. If available, you'll see the room type and description listed in the room selection page for your chosen hotel and dates. Otherwise, you'll find a disability assistance form where you can provide us with information about any adaptations or facilities you might need. We'll then liaise with your preferred hotel to enquire about suitability and get back in touch to ensure your holiday meets your individual needs.

If you have any accessibility or equipment requirements for your transfer or car rental, please contact us before booking.
