What you receive is subject to the whims of the particular flight crew.
Perhaps my memory paints a rosy picture, but TATL and TPAC service used to be better that domestic because the more senior FAs got those assignments.
It's the same on UA. Rushed, single tray service on UA, while on LH, they have returned to pre-COVID normal J service.
