the issue probably has to do with foreign credit cards. Citilink's reliability is one of the better ones in Indonesia so your trip should be fine. Do note that they may do a schedule change that results in earlier departure on day of departure.
I have 3 hrs between my inbound EY flight to my departing Citilink flight (both T3), so hopefully they don't move it forward by too much.
