Whether they give you that it depends on imo:
1. Your gender, skin colour, ability in communicating in Turkish and your skill in persuading the others
2. The mood of the agent
3. # of people at the hotel desk

As a non white female, I would never try because I know they will turn me down. I was not treated that well with a C ticket travelling alone. I was told to wait and the pax who came after me got their rooms before me. My flight got to IST at 10:30 pm and I arrived at the hotel at 2am.

The other times I flew Y with Mr (white male) we got a room much faster and were treated nicer.
