Hello all,

I will be flying to Italy on United Airlines and connecting to Lufthansa in Frankfurt in about a week. I used to have a Lufthansa sign on but apparently they switched over to Travel ID and I need to create one. I can't get it to accept my password since the error states that it is missing a "Valid special character." This is despite that I get the green checkmark for having one of !"$%&()*+,./:;#<>?_@\
What is a "Valid special character" that isn't one of the other characters?
