Understand the point on using multiple cards applying them to the folio before check-out but regarding the Amex Offers is the $250 (soon $200 semi-annually) stackable? Based on my read of both T&Cs it should be:

Amex Offer
Must first add offer to an eligible Card by 10/13/2023 and then use same Card to make one or more qualifying purchases on room rate and room charges totaling $200 or more at select Hilton brands by 12/31/2023 to receive a one-time statement credit of $80. Only U.S.-issued Consumer and Business American Express® Cards, other than Marriott Consumer and Business American Express® Cards, are eligible. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, and American Express Cards issued outside the US are not eligible for the offer. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. Offer only valid at Curio Collection by Hilton™, Canopy by Hilton™, Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, Motto by Hilton™ and Tempo by Hilton™ properties in the US and US territories. Reservations must be made online at US website hilton.com/en/brands, through the Hilton Honors App, or by calling 1-800-445-8667.

Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied.
I have an offer valid for Curio/Canopy/Tapestry/Motto/Tempo for $80 off $200+. If my resort stay is approximately $280 will I receive both as a credit?

'Spend-based rewards' refers to the rebate (HHonors, Delta SkyMiles, Membership Rewards, Blue Cash, etc) that the card may offer as a rebate on qualified spending and not card benefits like the $250 resort credit.
