Nice racket they got going on.

I can understand BA charging me a cancellation fee, but to take my entire payment, when they can resell my cancelled seat to another passenger, is just unethical. It's bad enough that they charge a fee at all, in Business class no less.

Does the 24-hour cancellation rule apply here?
