If you already re-qualified, a digital SEN card should be in your account among with two e-vouchers. Logically you would receive only SEN physical card as higher status card until you drop to FTL and then LHG will send new LT FTL card. The lenght of the physical card validation is not announced yet, would be known latest on February 2024 but doubtful that it would be valid only for one status year and automatically extended after with new card mailing. Too much plastic.
