There are Sleeping Pods in Istanbul Airport :

I haven't had the opportunity to stay in them, so I can't personally vouch for whether they're worth the cost. In my opinion, if you plan to sleep for 6-7 hours, Yotel might be a good choice. During the off-peak hours (07:00 - 19:00) when the Pod costs €15 per hour, which seems expensive. However, between 19:00 and 07:00, the rate rises to €20 per hour, making 6 hours of sleep quite expensive at €120. I think there used to be a deal where Priority Pass members could use 3 hours in the Sleeping Pods for free. However, I just checked my Priority Pass App and couldn't find that deal, so it's possible that the offer is no longer available.
If you don't want to spend anything i think resting area at IGA Lounge is pretty ok. If you are flying with TK Business Class then you can get a room to sleep as well.
All the best
