I booked and then cancelled an Alaska flight through the Chase portal. Is there any way to apply the credit from this flight directly on the Alaska website? (I don't have code and pin - is there any way to request it?). Chase is making it essentially impossible to use the credit.
I’ve done this. You can call the AS line and tell them you’d like them to take over the ticket and redeposit the wallet funds into your account. They’ll take a small fee but it’s worth it to not deal with chase
