Every single aisle seat on the left side of the plane has the right armrest such that it does not impact another passenger, though you have a slight risk of being jostled.
I have minimal concern for nonstops, but my tight connection luck has been pretty lousy. The free drink with BS is small comfort when squeezing into the last middle on a plane - and now I have another reason to dread that. As much as I'd like to protect my arm, I'm not going to go full Karen and run up to a flight about to close and ask that they try to find someone in a right window seat to trade for that last middle.
