I sent the coupon to customer service while I was in the phone with them at least twice, and they referred it to their supervisor put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back and said they reviewed it, tried to make a booking using it, but since it was online only they had no way of booking it for me. Time and again they told me I would just need to make an online customer complaint and they are the only ones who can take care of it and they said they had no direct contact with them and could nothing further. Believe me I tried it all!! I was nice, I was upset, I was cross and they just had no answers for me and could nothing further no matter how much I explained. I also tried it on Google, chrome, safari and my computer using WiFi and my phone network, public WiFi, work WiFi. I know I spent entirely too much time and effort for such a small thing, I just can’t stand companies that do these types of things and people just accept it and the. It keeps going on and on because they get away with it and everyone gives up and nothing changes.
