BA don’t give a hoot! Such a large turnover in their global engagement centres is testament…and don’t get me going on crew, engineering, mgmt and so on… I laf so loud when folks says “I’m a Gold Card holder” BA doesn’t give a toss…all it means is you jump the call queue….welcome to BA a better BA 😔
