If that’s the case I’d be extremely surprised, it’s advertised nowhere, I have seen no reports about it and would really not be the norm.
August 2023 i flew CDG <=> Tallin booked via AF website.
I am ulti and my wife is plat. Each of us got a free basic sandwich and a bottle of water.
To get these benefits i think you have to book your flight via AF or KLM, if you book it directly from air baltic you don't get these benefits
