Ok so that seems very similar to the comment above by anonba, something has corrupted the codes. So I think I would stick with sending in a new Customer Relations form as above to clarify the status of the vouchers. If you have any bookings to do soon then you best ask an agent on the phone to escalate to a supervisor as indicated by anonba.
To be clear just ask if they can check the voucher code with a supervisor
If you ask to escalate they might think you mean you want to speak to a supervisor directly.
