Yes you can now use the LATAM lounge (or to be precise one of the three LATAM lounges that are all next to each other). The lounge is very nice indeed. But word of warning, the passport and security queues to get to the departures area are usually horrendous (an hour plus) so arrive at the airport early if you want to spend any time in the lounge.
