4th try and it was done in max 10 minutes. The nice lady managed to book the flights leg by leg as booking them together would have taken me from Brussels, to London then Helsinki then Ivalo (24+ flight).

I was amazed she booked it on her own and waived the booking fee without asking a manager.

I thanked and asked her to report the issue AGAIN (been reporting this for 3 years now).
