Got two MO today at WM for $998 plus $2 fees total of $1000 and got asked for ID. I thought it was any amount ABOVE $1000 that would trigger the ID? This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this WM so a bit bizarre.
If I am remembering correctly, a CSR can prompt the register (by hitting a particular button) to require ID verification for any amount <$1K.
