I would personally never check a bag with delicate electronics. They are likely to be damaged, plus likely violating policies related to lithium batteries.
The thing is I flown many times with jetblue, delta and american. I always buy the jetblue blue for jetblue since I have a checked bag. I almost always buy basic economy for delta and american because it is the cheapest. There has been few times I bought main cabin I believe for those but rare. Not once have I had an issue with no overhead bin space and I am always in the last group to board I believe except jetblue blue because well there is jetblue basic. However, jetblue basic isn't even allowed a carry on luggage though. Can you tell me more about that DL amex card? I read that is delta amex card? I only have a regular bank credit card that I been using for 15 years plus. I use it for everything such as this and amazon etc. I never had another credit card. So getting that card would get earlier boarding for only delta right? I read there is a jetblue plus card which seems ridiculously good, it's free but the next year you pay $99 but you get free checked bag everytime? So if you take two roundtrips, then it's worth it due to the checked bag. It say you spend $1000 within 3 months, you get 50000 jetblue points which is worth 500 dollars as well.
So you still suggest main cabin if delta or american? But with jetblue, jetblue blue is fine right? Someone mentioned that almost all people who book jetblue is either jetblue blue or jetblue basic and rarely blue extra... is that true?
Also someone mentioned that american now actually has more overhead bin space than delta and jetblue? Does anyone know which carrier has more overhead bin storage than others? I always thought it was delta and then jetblue and then american but it's american?
