Thoughts on whether I should go for ShangriLa or Grand Hyatt for an upcoming Taipei trip in late November. I will be travelling with my partner and 5 month old baby. Price is similar for both, we'd be getting a Premier King room at ShangriLa or a Premium King Studio at Hyatt.

Location and ease of getting around is very important to us (close to restaurants, night market and transport) as is the amenities of the hotel (good breakfast, nice pool, helpful staff). We'll also be likely spending quite a bit of time in the room depending on how early the baby goes to bed - the Hyatt room layout seems like this might suit this better as there are two separate areas.

Any advice of which to pick? I have both reserved and just need to cancel one.
