You did NOT buy DL marketed flights. You bought AF marketed flights since you bought from AF. Since neither are operated DL, there is NO DELTA PNR. Adding a FF number doesn't cause a reservation to appear in another airlines reservation system. When you fly AF will send information to DL FF systems which will give credit for flights based on AF marketing.
In Z class RT MAA-CDG-ATL will earn $5630 MQD. OW will earn half that. If flight is before Jan 1 it will actually earn more, at $7506 RT if both outbound and return is before Jan 1.
