I have an upcoming flight YVR-YYZ-GRU on Nov 15. I received the email on Oct 24 to pre order my meal for my flight YYZ-GRU (AC90), however when I go to the app or website it doesn't show the option to pre order the meal. I tried to call AirCanada but the agent was completely lost and had never heard of the beta program to pre order meals and I couldn't find any reference in the AirCanada website as well, only in news/blogs posts. My initial guess is that their system is not ready to support meal pre ordering when your origin is not the same as the flight you can pre order the meal, which is my case my origin is YVR and not YYZ.

Have anyone pre ordered a meal with connection flights or at least able to see the option to pre order?
