Booked LHR-HEL-TLL redemption over the phone around 3 months ago. 2nd sector operated by NORRA. No problems, of course had to get it done on the phone but it was fine. Unsure what else to say tbh. As I’m sure most know - like BA CityFlyer, BA EuroFlyer, Sun-Air is to BA, NORRA is for Finnair, AA Eagle for AA (operated by literally a handful of carriers) etc.
