I ran a search soon after the window opened and all prices showed as 225. I still hadn't decided which time to leave Krakow so didn't book until 12 hours later and the prices went down to 112, so pro tip, don't book as soon as the window opens. A screenshot from a day later, you can see today's fares (Dec 4) are all set at 225. You can also see how capacity has already increased some of the Dec 3 fares to 142, 180 and 225.

A lot of those trains you cannot book far in advance are just regional or commuter trains. Just keep it simple and buy the ticket at the station when you are there. These trains are usually free seating, tickets are normally flexible, and there is little need to buy those tickets in advance.
I only wanted to test the website, see the frequencies, and price out my journeys... not knowing about the 14-day advance limit of the KS trains
