sorry for the delay…been rather busy..
to be clear and not necessarily disagreeing …under the waive off process a “BA system error” allows seat charging (and various other issues ) to be waived by the agent, a manager and or queued. It’s a matter of budget use at the appropriate point and within criteria which this did.

Its not a ‘simple over ride’ by the agent, only a manager could add seats manually if the system is charging incorrectly. However they should have checked with a manager.
