I normally get a takeaway cup but this wont make or break my experience.

I have largely been pro towards Air NZ but as of late there focus seems to be away from issues customers experience.I'm not sure if my expectation has risen as my ability to access premium cabins has increased or the service levels have simply dropped across 10+ years.

Side rant, but I guess this just feels like another initiative that doesn't improve call centre times (or conditions) doest stop delayed flights and the numerous issues they then present amongst what feels like a mounting bunch of issues as prices keep creeping up. Normally I dont begrudge a company working on multiple fronts but Air NZ right now seem incapable of walking and chewing gum.

I filled out a feedback the other day noting that for the first time since I started flying regularly I am now shopping around for international fares when going on holiday not just taking the Air NZ price at face value because of the quality of the service.

That got a lot longer than I expected...
