EDIT: I was able to verify that the e mail was received 24 days prior to departure. The program states its available "UP TO 30 days in advance", so I'm sure yours will open soon.
Receipt of the email is not an indicator of when it will become available.
I can pre-order on my Nov 19 flight (16 days from now), but I have not received an email.
