Continue to monitor your e mail and/or check the website or APP. On my latest flight I don't believe the pre-order became available until 25-20 days prior to departure.

EDIT: I was able to verify that the e mail was received 24 days prior to departure. The program states its available "UP TO 30 days in advance", so I'm sure yours will open soon.
