i felt so bad for them. I was on the phone trying to help them for hours. I’m not sure how people who don’t know the United system deal with it. It didn’t help that their PNR had been split because one had been upgraded on my PP but the other hadn’t. Now they are on IAD-FRA on UA, FRA-SIN or Singapore and then SIN-BKK on Jet Star today. Hoping today goes better….
