I suggest emailing the BKK office [email protected] and proposing to them the flights you want to be protected on, they are pretty good and fast. If it's urgent, givem them a call via Skype or other VOIP at +66 26382960.

Thank you ever so much! My reply was delayed as I went through an absolute nightmare trying to rebook the journey… it took me 8 days and dozens of hours on the phone but it was all sorted at the end thanks to a lovely lady in the London office.

I can only hope it all goes smooth.
