Are you Android or iOS?

iOS - go to the flight panel. If there is a photo of the destination on top press Manage My Booking and go down to the personal details, it may (or may not) be there. If no facility is provided - it's in beta mode - then see below.

Android - put on your biggest smile and approach a member of staff who is armed with a tablet or computer. Alternatively the kiosks in T5 and T3, find booking by passport and airport code, no smile needed. And there is a Visa Check queue on the right side of both North and South Security, usually there is someone at the top of the queue with a tablet so you don't need to go down to the desk.
