was upgraded to junior suite but it was less than functional. The living room did not have a TV and his was a narrow space. Also the AC in the bedroom did not work.
Def prefer the Grand Hyatt in KL!
Did they fix it or did you just move suites? I can't imagine a city hotel suite without a television. They're not Aman.
