Todd-r, Assuming that you're not changing the currency you're using (i.e., you paid for the original ticket in USD and will pay any add-collect in USD), just take it to any ticket counter in the USA and they'll be happy to reissue it for you. Reservations is much pickier about the nuances of pricing and fare rules than any airport agent will be.
