We could also try to combine both, LM + Josun Palace, if Josun is really worth it. Thanks
Having recently returned from Seoul for first proper “tourism” trip (previous visit was for business) - definitely Le Meridien Myeongdong. Apart from being convenient to all the sights, there’s a huge range of dining options nearby, and two large department stores.

I haven’t stayed at JW, but if you want a couple of nights in a nicer hotel with a fantastic pool and great views, Josun Palace wasn’t bad but there isn’t much around the hotel so be prepared to take a short taxi ride out to Gangnam sights or Coex. I enjoyed my stay at Josun, the only gripes were the non existent Elite benefits and stupid breakfast seating slots (which LM didn’t seem to have an issue with, despite the almost full occupancy when we were there). That said, it was nice to try a different vibe from Myeongdong which got a bit same-y after 4 nights.

If Four Seasons is reasonable when you go, definitely look into this, it has the location and luxury factor despite not being Bonvoy.
