Two nights in a row. According to EF, it can occur when AA updates their inventory buckets such that, as you correctly surmised, revenue C and revenue A show up as award C/A even when properly doing a segment-by-segment award search. Biggest hassle is all the alerts that go wild and have to be reset the next morning. EF claims their scrape is working properly and that it is AA that is inaccurately displaying.
