You got 7500 MQM for 71k miles = 71000c/7500 miles = about 9.5 cpMQM
In future after the new year, you will get 5008 MQM for same flight (assuming no COS bonuses) at cost of 14.2 c per lifetimeMM

Spening on cards today gets 1MQM for 2$ spend = 5c lost cash on the Reserve and 1 MQM for 2.5$ spend on the Plat = about 6c cost
It will take 1.5-3 times the cost for future lifetime miles, if not more with fare inflation
