Interestingly, around the same time the link about scaling back EV ambitions was posted here, all of a sudden when continuing to do searches for LAX, not a single EV option seemingly available at all - just one of the managers special that says ‘including EV option’. Now, maybe it was based on time of year being busy, but given there were tons of EV options (including the car I have reserved) available prior, and all of a sudden, they all disappeared at once, I’m skeptical it was just a ‘they sold out’ in a short time frame thing. If they had slowly disappeared, that’s one thing, but having them all disappear as available at once makes me think there is something changing.
