Now I see why CBS asked the question... very vague information available based on my limited googling. Looks like you would have to speak/email agent to find what is offered at each hotel.

in the end, my travel agent is a Vita agent and a Virtuoso agent. I either book direct on the LHW website or with the travel agent, Virtuoso or LHW .whatever gives me the best value.
I have better upgrade experience with LHW compared to Virtuoso, both upon booking and on arrival. Made 5 LHW bookings the last weeks and 3 of them were upgraded upon booking while few of my Virtuoso bookings ever did get upgraded upon booking.

Also not clear if going through a Vita agent gives any different outcome vs booking direct through Leader’s Club. Or if Virtuoso is any worse than Leaders Club with no status (I presume Koen dc has Sterling status, and also that he doesn’t book LHR properties through Virtuoso).
