Problem solved, I cancelled my room at the Centric and a standard suite randomly popped up at Park Hyatt, so I used my suite certificate on that. So win-win for everyone. Last minute changes for booking since the cancellation deadline is coming up, so people are moving things around. My Concierge has been really good so far.
