Hi just checked in today for a 3 night stay.
Texted with hotel asking about possible upgrade and that was listed in app for $$ or others mentioning my moms bday month.

Response text was quick and i was upgraded to a one bedroom 2 room suite worh balcony.
granted its RIS mobility accesible. But is is Awesome!!!
