Did you have any schedule changes since you booked? Usually this is what causes online changes to bomb out. Unfortunately, you'll have to call to have this done. Did you try a sample booking with new flights to see what pricing will be. Unfortunately, if you booked a cheaper I or Z class fare for return and there are no I or Z class inventory on flights on date you want to return, you could be hit with a significant fare difference.
