Interesting report, as of 1 Nov 2023, outlines which jobs Delta will be cutting and why.

Perhaps the initial deep SkyMiles changes caused so many DL Amex card cancellations and so badly dented bookings that it affected Delta’s financial footing ?
(enough so, that it had to claw back those changes and announce some more generous give backs)

And maybe this is just a sign of further cuts going into 2024?
