Mint price on last-minute flight change?
I have a one-way JetBlue 'Blue Extra' fare.
On the day of the flight, I understand that I can change my flight to another flight with the same origin->destination that day for free.
I found a flight in which the fare for Blue Extra is the same price as Mint. Is Mint free then, or is there some upgrade fee?
Blue Basic is $748, Blue is $811, Blue Extra is $885, Mint is $885.
Is this just a trick for JetBlue to drive more people to book Mint seats, since - why not? Almost the same price. Will these prices change by the time the flight is 24 hours away? And if it does change, is the price of the fare simply the difference between Blue Extra and Mint?
